How much RAM does my server need?
It depends on the game and how many people play. For up to 10 players, our plans include up to 12 GB for Rust, 2 GB for Minecraft, 10 GB for ARK: Survival Evolved, 10 GB for Palworld, 10 GB for Valheim, 10 GB for 7 Days to Die, 8 GB for Enshrouded, 8 GB for Satisfactory and 10 GB for V Rising. Bigger groups need more, and the quick start at the top of the page works out the size for you. These sizes are a guide. Mods, game settings and updates can all change how much RAM a server needs.
Where are your servers?
In London, close to players across the UK and Europe.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes. You get full access to your server’s files and config, so you can upload any mods and plugins your game supports.
What happens if my server lags?
If it lags because of our hardware, we fix it at our cost. We can promise that because we never overload our machines.
Can I download my backups?
Yes. Every server is backed up automatically each day, and you can restore or download those backups from the panel whenever you like.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account in one click. There are no contracts and no setup fees.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, or with PayPal. You can pay monthly or yearly.
Can I switch to a different game?
Yes. You can switch your server to any other game we host, whenever you like.
