What we know, and why.

HavoNode is run by [COMPANY DETAILS]. We decide what happens to the personal data described here, which makes us its controller under UK data protection law.

HavoNode hasn't opened for orders yet, so there are no accounts, payments or game servers to hold data about. Today we only get:

• Your emails. If you email us, to ask a question or to hear when we open, we keep your email address, your name if you give it, and what you wrote. We use it to reply, and to tell you when ordering opens if you asked us to.
• Visit details, held by our host. Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it from attacks, handles the technical details every browser sends, such as your IP address and browser type. We don't use them to work out who you are.

The website has no forms, no accounts and no analytics. Before ordering opens, this policy will be updated to cover accounts, billing and your servers.

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads nothing from other companies: fonts and images come from our own address. Cloudflare can set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter out automated attacks. It isn't used to track you.

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. Two companies handle it for us:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and protects it, so it handles the visit details above. Cloudflare is based in the US, and its data processing terms cover sending data there.
• Krystal Hosting Ltd, in the UK, hosts our email, so emails you send us are stored with them.

We keep emails as long as we need to answer them and deal with anything that follows. If you've asked to hear when we open, we keep your address until we've told you, or until you ask us to forget it, whichever comes first.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email support@havonode.com and we'll answer within a month.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We'll update this policy before ordering opens, and whenever what we do with your data changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
