What people ask before they get in touch.
When can I reach a real person?
Email us, and a person replies as soon as they can. For a faster answer, search the help centre or ask the assistant in your Game Panel; both are there any time.
Will the assistant change anything on my server?
Only once you approve it. It can look around without asking, but a restart, an update or a file edit appears as a card showing exactly what will change, file edits line by line. Nothing runs until you press approve, and a card you ignore does nothing. Every change it makes is recorded in your activity log.
What can the assistant see?
Only what your own account can see: your servers, their console, logs and files. Passwords marked as secret, such as your RCON password, are masked before anything leaves the panel.
Can it get things wrong?
Yes, like any AI. That’s why it shows you every change before making it. Before anything big, download a backup from your panel.
Is it down, or is it just me?
Check our status page first; it shows whether our services are up. If everything looks fine there, ask the assistant in your Game Panel and it’ll check your server.
Can you help with mods and plugins?
Yes. The assistant can install mods and edit their config files for you, with your approval for each change, and read your logs to help work out a conflict. If it gets stuck, open a ticket.
Can it set things up to run on their own?
Yes. Ask for something like “restart every night if nobody’s online” and it builds the scheduled task for you to approve.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in one click. There are no contracts and no setup fees.
Can I get a refund?
Our refunds policy sets out when you can. It’s linked at the bottom of every page.
I can’t log in to my account. What now?
Use the forgotten password link on the login page. If that doesn’t sort it, email us.
