Basics
The questions that come up whatever you play: how big a server to get, your free subdomain, what to check when it lags, and moving over from another host.
Getting started
How much RAM does my game server need?
Start from your game and how many of you play, and go a size up for mods. Big maps and worlds that keep growing need more. What's my free subdomain, and how do I change it?
Every server gets a free name.havo.uk address, made from the name you gave it. Change it from your server's page in the Game Panel.

Support
Still stuck?
Ask the assistant in your Game Panel. It can read your server's console, logs and config to find what's wrong, and changes nothing until you approve it. For anything that needs a person, email us.
